Great Resort Experience

varied choices beautiful suite

The breakfast had varied choices and good quality. We got a complimentary room upgrade to a suite, it was spacious and beautiful. I enjoyed relaxing at the resort with its private beach and heated pools. The staff were helpful, professional and attentive to all my needs.

The spa facilities were unexpectedly chargeable. This was surprising.

The beach location is great. I enjoyed easy access. Breakfast had good value, and it was delicious. I got a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful suite. It was spacious. I found the staff very helpful and polite.

Housekeeping service was a little slow once. It arrived later than expected.

The hotel has many pools and beach access. The premier lounge is really nice with kind staff providing excellent service. Binoy and his team delivered a lovely dinner at porterhouse restaurant. The food, service, and overall experience were excellent and nice. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The resort is at the top of palm Jumeirah. This gives great views of the palm and city. It is approximately a 20-30 minute drive to downtown depending on traffic. the hotel has direct access to the beach.

I found the staff to be friendly and courteous. Special mention must go to Monirul from the HK team. He ensured everything was immaculate and perfectly arranged. Jabeer and his colleagues provided warm, attentive service in the premier lounge.

The breakfast buffet offers good variety for breakfast and dinner. the premier lounge provides excellent food and drinks. laguna Beach Bar has amazing music. They bring in very good DJs that play house music every day.

rooms are very big. Signature rooms are great, and the suites are generous in size. the suite had a fine bathroom and two terraces. the room had a nice view of palm Jumeirah and the city.

gym equipment helpful staff breakfast options room cleanliness dated room balcony attention

The hotel gym is well-equipped. I noted plenty of machines (including treadmills). I found the gym staff helpful with demonstrating equipment. The variety of breakfast options was good (especially the fresh fruit selection).

I found the room cleanliness to be lacking. The room seemed dated. Some areas showed wear. The balcony needed some attention.
